Responsibilities: Duties include developing programs and strategies to identify, cultivate, track and solicit alumni, parents and friends of the College for significant gifts to fund identified campaign and/or institutional priorities. In addition, the Director of Major Gifts is responsible for developing, mentoring and managing one or more major gift officers and implementing prospect management and productivity goals of the major gifts area. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor\'s degree plus five or more years of progressive experience in major giving fundraising programs and a proven track record in soliciting leadership gifts. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database software required.
