The main objectives of this position are two-fold:
1.First to lead office operations including staff hiring and development, servicing clients, and overseeing project delivery.
2. Second, you will serve as a client service manager for local area clients. In this role you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for the water environment industry with support from business development and technical resources throughout Southern California.

Job Requirements:
1. BS in Engineering and PE License required.
2. Minimum 15 years experience.
3. Must have demonstrated success in management of consulting engineering operations and client relationships.
