Improve service, manage change, optimize IT assets and resources. Monitor network, systems, applications, Web, switches, and routers. Provide comprehensive management for desktops, servers, software delivery, and help desk ticket system. Ability to obtain secret clearance required. Secret clearance or higher is preferred.3-5 years IT experience. 3 years project management experience. 3-4 years experience managing change, IT assets, resources, software and help desk systems. Project Management certification a plus. ITIL v 2 or 3 certification a plus.
