Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Manager at our corporate headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. This highly visible role will have interaction with all levels of employees to resolve day-to-day issues regarding the company’s benefit programs and develop and implement cutting edge programs to fit our future strategic objectives. In addition, this role will act as a backup to the HR generalists in their absence. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels of the organization are essential. The position reports to the Senior VP of Human Resources


Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:

1. Administer the Company’s Benefit programs including the Health Care Plan, the Employee Assistance Program, Flex-Plan, Prescription Plan, Wellness Program, and Disability programs. Monitors health care costs on a monthly basis and prepares reports, specifying cost breakdowns and historical comparisons. Stays abreast of current Health Care Benefit trends and recommends changes to Health Care Plan as deemed appropriate. Oversees the administration of Company’s Wellness Program.
2. Administer profit sharing/401(K) plans and monitors market trends, making recommendations for changes as appropriate.
3. Handle all phases of enrollment processing and updating of eligibility for programs
4. Analyze cost trends for benefits to ensure that Company stays competitive.
5. Oversees administration of leave of absence programs and disability programs.
6. Assist in creation of benefit materials and conduct orientation meetings on company benefits for all new employees.
7. Perform Human Resources generalized functions as directed.
