Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with new employers and targeting appropriate industries to increase job placement opportunities which match customers skills, training, and interests that result in long-term retention. Other Duties:Develops and maintains effective relationships with employers and system-wide cohort of account managers.Conducts group and individual interviews with customers for job placement opportunities.Contacts appropriate customers when a job order is placed and maintains effective communication with employers.Tracks referrals to assess and report outcomes.Provides support to customers and employers to achieve retention.Uses effective strategies to help place customers who were formerly incarcerated or with other perceived barriers to employment.Anticipates placement needs based upon customer participation in training programs.Utilizes monthly reports to monitor success and implement strategies to improve performance.Motivates customers to persist in the job search process.
