career opportunity for a Virtual Hi-Tech/
Engineering Recruiter. The candidate should be an
individual with an outgoing personality who is
interested in working as a commissioned employee
with a strong desire to work independently. This
position provides the perfect opportunity to set
your own schedule and control your own income.
This position will allow you to work from your own
home remotely.
Job Duties:
• Recruit top-level hi-tech professionals,
predominately Engineers
• Initiate contact and timely follow-up with
prospective candidates
• Screen and refer qualified candidates to
respective management
• Utilize job boards to search for most qualified
candidates available
• Conduct effective phone interviews and maintain
a constant flow of qualified candidates
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as
assigned
Requirements:
• Willing to work for a 20% commission.
• Ability to work at your own pace from your virtual
office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three
years of recruiting experience, hi-tech/engineering
recruiting preferred but not required
• Experience showing an ability to thrive in a
competitive environment
• High energy, motivated individual who places a
strong emphasis on success
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong verbal, written and computer skills
• Must be dependable and have strong work ethic,
excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must provide your own computer and telephone
equipment and service, including a high-speed
Internet connection
