Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a strong aptitude for business development and extensive lending experience with an emphasis on Commercial Lending. Responsibilities include negotiating and developing commercial loans consistent with credit standards, developing and maintaining long term customer relationships, obtaining, analyzing, and presenting customer financial information, and branch management duties including overseeing branch operations and coaching, mentoring, and developing the Lead Teller and Sr. Personal Banker. Candidates must have at least 5 years Commercial Lending and management experience, the ability to cross sell banking and other financial services products, and extensive knowledge of lending practices.
