Partner with program managers and directors in developing business plans for IT services and ensure university financial compliance. Employ base understanding of IT services that underlie programs to successfully manage their financial support. Utilize a combination of management and technical expertise to assist program managers in the development of new designated service business models, revision and maintenance of existing plans, and tracking their financial performance throughout the fiscal year. Develop and maintain relationship with the university Controller's Office staff to facilitate understanding of the various designated service offerings and approval of their respective annual business plans. Coordinate and provide leadership for various IT metric and benchmarking efforts as well as other ad hoc financial analyses across as requested. Provide managerial and technical leadership for Finance division in areas of project management and support systems implementation, integration and operation of both enterprise and unit-based systems. May also be asked to analyze/support other division's efforts in both project and operational arenas when financial implications dictate such participation. Qualifications Bachelors with years experience or equivalent combination. Focus in finance and/or information sciences.
