Ensures successful operation of Lockbox, Positive Pay, Document Image and other software based on cash management services offered. Supervises Cash Management Support Specialist(s) and Internet Banking Manager. Position Responsibilities:1. Exceeds client expectations by making their needs a priority.2. Implements, trains and supports cash management services,3. Manages delivery of cash management services, including coordination with service providers 4. Develops a standardized plan for Lockbox set up, testing, implementation, training and ongoing support.5. Coordinates with Bank Cash Management Sales to provide lockbox demo and proposals.6. Trouble shoots and resolves problems for all cash management tools.
