Position Overview As the Director of Health Care Claims Audit, you will provide leadership and direction of the Association and Plan-based claim audit program to support the successful administration and growth of the BlueCard/National Account business and ensure the financial integrity of inter-Plan business (BlueCard, ITS CustomMonitor Plan compliance with BlueCard/National Account financial policies and processing standards, and reinforce Plan control and accountability in administering Inter-Plan business on the ITS and audit functions, and Plan financial policy compliance. Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent work experience. Minimum of years of experience in health insurance claim audit and financial/performance reporting. Minimum of years supervisory experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software ( EXCEL ,WORD , POWERPOINT and ACCESS). Preferred Basic Qualifications: Prior experience with Inter-Plan Programs. Prior consultant experience
