As a Client Account Manager, you will perform various compliance related activites to support administration of Programs, assist with Quality Assurance, and provide client service/relationship building. In addition, you will be responsible for: Maintain superior client services standards. Process compliance related activities including terminations, document inventories, and conducting independent review of related front office procedures to ensure compliance with bank policies, standards and procedures to minimize risk. Assist in consolidation and reporting of Compliance related activities. Ensure that assigned programs maintain compliance with all front office procedures
