Job Description:
The Cash Management Sales Consultant Manager is responsible for managing a team of individuals disbursed across a defined geographic region, who work closely with assigned Commercial Bankers and Client Service Professionals to provide coaching, training and assist in the sale of cash management products and services.With the team, identify proactive and reactive cross-sell strategies for customers and prospects Determine and drive various Commercial Bank cash management initiatives (e.g. marketing programs, training etc.) Participate in senior Commercial Bank and Treasury Services Product management meetings and identify key product or sales strategies for the channel. Determine and execute, through the sales consultants, the communication and training strategy for the bankers. Participate in a leadership role for market specific events. Establish and maintain strong working knowledge of cash management services With Commercial Bank and Treasury Services product management, determine selling strategies which will help bankers meet or exceed annual new business goals. Assist in defining sales process including account planning, pipeline, call tracking etc. Assist bankers with pricing decisions as needed Serve as conduit of market and product information back to senior TS product management. Identify and communicate market trends.
