Job Description:
Minimum of three years of branch management, consumer lending, business development, and sales experience in a retail-banking environment. Must have a working knowledge of retail banking policies, procedures, and consumer lending practices. Candidate must have proven knowledge of consumer loans, security, cash control policies, thorough knowledge of retail banking, products, services, and government regulations pertaining to bank branch operations. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organizational, time management, good listening, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to analyze workflow, set priorities to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, flexible, energetic, detailed and multi-task oriented, and relate to internal and external customers with a high degree of professionalism. Strong ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, display a high degree of integrity, exercise good judgment, discretion, and good reasoning skills are essential.
