Job Description:
The hired candidate will lead the research agenda in architecture, program modeling, associated performance tooling, and application delivery by alignment with emerging opportunities and client needs. In addition, you will drive synergy across multiple products to maximize reuse and ease of end-user adoption. Duties include direct client engagements to gather requirements, establish demos/POCs and performance analysis, coordinate research activities across multiple labs and divisions as well as co-create the development plan with the associated business unit , to insure rapid market entry. You will disseminate, internally and externally, the results of research activities through publications, patent disclosures, seminar participation, internal documentation, etc. This person will represent Firm at professional meetings, in professional societies and universities, function as an internal consultant in the areas of low level system software development and application delivery and will direct technically activities of other research staff members and technical support persons.
