Senior Director of Information Security Consulting Travel: Lead Company's Information security practice: Develop overall strategy and growth plan, and execute to drive substantial growth in the business-Establish unquestionable industry leadership in Information Security -Maintain high degree of quality in delivery of Information Security consulting engagements-Develop and enforce service methodologies and create best practices-Provide support to sales and sales support organization (e.g. training sessions, account planning, sales calls, project scoping, proposal development). Serve as senior subject matter expert in the company-Hire and mentor great consultants, meeting agreed upon staffing utilization levels-Develop third-party delivery (or other strategic) business relationships-Build strong client relationships leading to add-on opportunities -Develop and maintain knowledge base of service materials (proposals, marketing material, methodology, etc)-Develop and maintain robust knowledge transfer / knowledge management processes-Actively participate in industry-sponsored events - such as presentations, council meetings, white papers, public-relation events, etc-Establish team performance criteria and manage to goals.
