Job Description:
The IT PM will be responsible for integrating all functions and activities necessary to perform the project/program to meet the client or customer requirements; and will direct project team personnel, manage costs and schedules, and ensures contract compliance. In addition, the NCIS IT PM will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and tracking major aspects of the project, including technology, schedules, costs, and contract/customer satisfaction; and will interface with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. Furthermore, the NCIS IT PM will have profit and loss and customer interface responsibility, and must provide proactive leadership and direction of personnel performing complex tasks around the worldwide. Travel has not been identified but can be expected. REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: The NCIS IT PM must have a Masters in either Business Administration (MBA) or an IT-related field supported by an IT-related Bachelor's degree all from accredited institutions. A Program Management Professional certification from the Program Management Institute is highly desired. Experience briefing customers.
