Global Services competency centers across the world - that are providing application design, development, implementation, testing, and infrastructure services. In this role, the person will be responsible for ensuring that the Global Services competency centers are providing the services per the SOW terms and conditions; ensure that the competency centers are improving their overall delivery of services & cost to the Operating Companies.%0 A %0 A Additionally, the incumbent will be working closely with the Global Demand Services team to ensure that the Global Services organization delivers the services per the SOW terms and conditions %0 A %0 A The candidate would be responsible to ensure delivery of all projects, support services to the Operating Company IT, meeting or exceeding the expectations set in the SOWs. The candidate will work with the Global Services competency delivery managers and Operating Company IT to develop the SOWs for all the committed demand.%0 A %0 A The incumbent is expected to act as a single point of accountability for the portfolio of project / support delivery to one of the Operating Company IT organizations.%0 A The role would require the incumbent to work with the Global Services competency delivery managers to develop the resource / skill mix requirements and forecast for the delivery centers as well as, work with the all the competency centers to ensure the delivery of the services per the SOW and also ensuring that the capacity & skills are built in the centers to meet the forecasted demand
