Job Description:
This Food Service Supervisor I will supervise food service workers in a large food processing plant at a 24/7 State in-patient psychiatric facility with responsibility for one service operation, distribution site or tray assembly line. This position receives general supervision from the Food Administrator, and in the absence of the Food Administrator, receives general supervision from a Registered Dietitian or Food Manager. This employee will be responsible for maintaining regulatory safety and sanitation requirements in the plant and service areas. This position may be assigned one of two shifts and weekend work is required.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess a High School diploma or a high school equivalency certificate and two years of experience in food production or service for a large scale food service operation.
