Job Description: SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

3. Well-developed management abilities and the ability to assist in training sales staff. Must be able to effectively organize and coordinate sales activities and projects.

JOB SUMMARY (Objectives of the position) Under limited direction, manage and lead sales staff, including coordination of tasks, prioritization and resolution of reported problems. Perform strategic planning and implementation for sales activities. Provide management and internal training for sales staff, including hiring, performance evaluation, discipline, etc. Responsible for department revenue and profit. Maintain excellent customer service and client relations. Negotiate sales agreements, and prepare quotes and proposals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Key tasks or activities of the position)
1. Manage sales department and staff. Provide all management duties for department staff, including interviewing and hiring staff, performance evaluations, discipline, etc. Provide internal training for sales team.
2. Meet with existing and potential clients to introduce product lines and develop sales opportunities. Develop additional business opportunities with clients.
3. Negotiate sales and prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
4. Maintain excellent customer service and client relationships.
5. Develop plans for continued product / service offerings and manage the development process.
6. Promote and market company products / services through marketing events, advertising, cold calling, following up on leads, etc.
7.Put together packages and proposals for client when requested and assist staff members.
MISCELLANEOUS REQUIREMENTS 1. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 25%.
3. Understanding and familiarity of other cultures and languages.
Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 6+ years related experience in service sales; primarily within call/contact centers in global arena. 2+ years management and supervisory experience. Customer service and technical support experience preferred.
