Financial Center Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads the financial center employees in establishingan environment that achieves all sales and service performance objectives,facilitates teamwork and retains the best employees. Serves as a leader byexhibiting professionalism, promoting service awareness, being operationallysound and possessing strong leadership and teamwork skills. Develops specificstrategies and monitors progress to meet and exceed goals and objectives.Coaches and teaches all Financial Center to deliver exceptional service to ourcustomers and effective in their role. Directly manages all Human Resourcesprocesses for all direct reports and oversees HR processes for teller teamappraisals, disciplinary actions, individual development plan, careerdevelopment training, interviews, etc. Functions as the focal point of contactfor customers by greeting, assessing needs, directing to appropriate financialcenter personnel and performing service transactions where appropriate. Performsand or delegates service transactions for financial center to include checkreorders, name address changes, safe deposit box access, account maintenance andadhere to customer service protocols. Oversees daily financial center staffingto enhance customer service levels. Serve as empowered decision maker andescalation point for all service and operational issues. Ensure Financial Centerteam knows and focuses on high value customers to improve their overall bankingexperience and retain and grow their business. Make proactive calls to highvalue customers and identify potential opportunities for growth of customerrelationship. Works with all financial center employees to share team results,to determine areas for improvement and to develop action plans andtactics.REQUIREMENTS: BS or BA preferred, High School diploma orequivalent required. Customer service experience required, related bankingexperience preferred
