Job Description:


Retain and grow the assigned portfolio of clients. · Achieve personal revenue goals by deepening existing relationships in assigned portfolio of customers and acquire new business by utilizing effective calling techniques and leveraging Citigroup's products and services. · Deliver the optimal customer experience at every client interaction. · Assess attrition risk within the assigned client portfolio. · Conduct new business assessments: gather pertinent information, analyze information, package credit applications, recommend structure, work with Risk Management in obtaining approval, document and close transaction. · Proactively drive account Management: meet with client, introduce product for cross-sell, gather & review information to assess credit worthiness of account. · Refer consumer sales opportunities to the Financial Center staff. · Strictly adhere to account opening protocols, including accurate collection, completion and updating of all required documentation, including, but not limited to, Know Your Customer rules. · Maintain frequent interaction with centers of influence, diverse industry segments, community leaders and senior business contacts. · Proactively execute regular calling programs to current customers and important prospects. Specifications / Qualifications · Minimum 5 years of Small Business banking experience. · Successful track record in sales and relationship management. · BA or equivalent experience. · Exceptional consulting skills; ability to probe and listen to help clarify inquiries, gather and present data to advance transactions · Highly customer oriented with ability to be responsive · Strong analytic skills and ability to rapidly assimilate complex information · Strong knowledge of credit and liability products (credit trained preferred) · Knowledge of investment and insurance products · Highly effective verbal and written communication skills · Strong influencing skills; ability to generate support and build consensus · High levels of energy and enthusiasm · Strong commitment to the business and team.
