A minimum of three years experience in F&I is required. You need to have a working knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP. You need to be familiar with how a car deal is constructed, be an expert at structuring deals, have a working knowledge of the menu selling system, and be current on State and Federal regulations regarding finance contracts. Attention to detail is a must as well as having the personality necessary to relate to people and help us maintain our excellent CSI standing.
