Responsibilities: Interact with sales & marketing Applications Design / Analytics / Data Warehousing groups and function as a subject matter expert on sales & marketing applications' operational databases, data warehouses, data marts and data models. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, creating, implementing and supporting complex BI system interfaces, processes, data models and reporting in support of company's Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. Requirements: Data Modeling, Report authoring knowledge and experience. Life Sciences/Pharma industry experience preferred. Siebel 7.0 or later experience. Data knowledge; Reporting Tools experience. Reporting analyst/Business analyst skills. Lead Reporting Analyst skills. Understanding and use of business processes to model applications/systems. Sales & MARKETING business knowledge plus. Ability to lead and manage projects (small to medium). Ability lead/supervise contractors. Ability to lead/supervise off-shore reports developers. Understanding of software projects, project life cycle, and controlled release management processes. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills: technical, non-technical written and verbal. Ability to interact with all level of personnel as well as outside vendors. Ability to give presentations.
