Responsibilities: - Analyzing consumer & customer marketing issues, promotions and programs. - Integrating data from multiple sources to get the job done. - Synthesizing the analysis to generate consumer & strategic insights & innovation. - Presenting findings in a clear, concise & compelling manner. - Rising to the challenge to keep our clients on the leading edge of innovation & success. Report to: Principle. Requirements: - A BS/BA degree is required. - A BS degree is preferred. - Statistics/quantitative analysis with reasonable speed and above all high accuracy. - 2+ years of experience in CPG Sales, Marketing or Marketing Research with demonstrated expertise in written and oral communications. This includes the ability to work effectively with the firm's partners and account leaders to support the business objectives of our clients. - Marketing and Sales experience is required. - Software capability skill with Excel and preferably Access (including advanced functions and macros) as well as SAS. Should also have demonstrated ability/ willingness to learn and work with Word, PowerPoint and Project. - Character. - Intellectually honest. - Hard-working and eager to learn. - Follows projects through to successful completion. - Excels under pressure. - Teamwork orientation. - Self-starter who enjoys working with a diverse group of people both internally and with our clients.
