Responsibilities: - Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to HSE requirements. - Responsible for working with Accounts in several different Districts and areas. - Building and maintaining customer relationships-calling on accounts. - Will be responsible for calling on accounts with Drilling activity outside the District. - Profitably selling drill bits to assigned customer base, both at the office and rig levels. - Pursue new business. - Recognizing cross divisional selling opportunities. - Develop and implement account strategies. - Create & present performance summaries to provide product value. - Pricing proposals, market share contracts, pricing contracts. - Business performance reviews. - Assist in Bit Record Collection. - Inventory Management. - Support and mentor TFR's. - Assist with timely invoicing. - Staying aware of new technologies and product development. - Partnering with engineers to educate the customers and TFR . Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of industry related experience in field and office sales. - Proven sales ability and/or application knowledge. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge and ability to work in all HCC Marketing software programs. - Entrepreneurial spirit. - Customer Focus. - Knowledge of Computer Applications, including the Microsoft Suite.
