Responsibilities: - Provide the commercial assessment and market research for a line of products used in microbiology and cellular biology research. - Provide the business analysis and decision support to determine what products should be developed and brought to market. Specific duties include primary and secondary market research, forecasting, financial modeling and competitive monitoring. - Critical in helping the organization better understand customer behavior and market trends. - Fairly high profile role that requires extensive cross-functional teamwork and close interaction / presentations with senior management. With this breadth of responsibilities, they need someone who can inspire and lead others through these times of changing market conditions. And their rapid rate of expansion means that significant opportunities exist for career advancement and professional development. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree or better in a Life Science discipline Biology, Biochemistry or closely related field. - A Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent. - 2+ years of experience in the Life Science industry, either in a scientific, engineering or commercial function. - Excellent strategic, analytical and presentation skills.
