Job Description:
Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing and implementing appropriate rate schedules for centers storage facilities to satisfy customer demand. Develop and publish guidelines and implement strategies to ensure maximum storage occupancy and minimum payment delinquency. Communicate on a regular basis with Marketing Company Storage Managers, Center Storage Managers and Area District Vice Presidents to resolve operational problems. Establish and implement rate schedules to satisfy demand. Develop, publish guidelines and implement strategies to ensure maximum occupancy. Communicate with Marketing Company President to resolve operating opportunities. Determine trends and reasons for trends by analyzing data and competitors. Employee strategic combinations of advertising such as imaging yellow pages and facility maps. Develop innovative collection methods. Prepare graphs and other necessary visual aids to provide management with essential data to make sound business decisions. Requirements: Storage facilities management, Retail sales, Customer service, Computers (basic general knowledge), Management, Marketing, 10-key, Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel (spreadsheets), Financial Analysis, Marketing Analysis, Power Point
