The Al Angelo Company, a dynamic west coast owner and manager of apartment communities, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at beautiful community in Mesa, AZ
Qualified candidates will have:
Prior experience in apartment, hotel or related maintenance experience
Desire career growth and further education in the maintenance field
Enjoy working as part of a team
EPA/HVAC and other certifications a major plus but will train the right individual!

Requirements:
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
· Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred; will consider hotel or other related maintenance experience
· Good customer service skills and experience completing work orders and/or preparing make ready units
· Well rounded technical maintenance skill set
· Positive attitude and pride in work
· Willingness to participate as a team member
· Consistent work history and verifiable references
· EPA/HVAC and other certifications a plus but will train the right individual!
· Ability to pass criminal/background and reference check
