Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage detailed production schedules for all assigned E-Marketing projects including web, email, and data export. - Ensure E-Marketing work is consistent with industry best practices like HTML validation, 528 accessibility, and effective use of CSS. - Implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques into production workflow based on recommendations of the Advertising/Optimization Manager. - Monitor site error reports, initiate corrective action as needed. - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent required. - Aggressive self-starter and manager who works well in a team environment. - Excellent oral and written communication. - Excellent project management skills related to challenging, technical projects. - Expert knowledge in web standards; HTML and CSS. - Working knowledge of Photoshop. - Working knowledge of JavaScript, ASP.Net, and SQL strongly preferred. - Ability to work in mixed Windows/Macintosh environment. - Familiarity with publishing software such as InDesign. - Working knowledge of Flash is a plus.
