Responsibilities: Implement the agencys marketing/sales plan and direct mail campaigns. Work from the agents office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in sales appointments. Conduct needs base sales interviews in the agents office (including insurance and financial reviews). Meet marketing goals set by the agent. Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service and utilize it as a basis for establishing a marketing opportunity. Update customer information in the database as needed Base salary earned during first month of training. Commission can be earned after candidate has completed and passed all state exams and has obtained proper licenses. Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales, marketing and/or customer service required. Superior computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of personal lines insurance products is a plus.
