Job Description:
Responsibilities: Manage the assessment of risk, opportunities, and mitigating strategies that could positively impact the financial performance of Humana. You will actively promote a strong management team, providing technical and staff leadership in order to aid pricing, product development and improved experience reporting initiatives within the company. Lead the pricing and analysis for the PD business. Evaluate and develop monthly financial projections. Analyze and project membership mix changes and consumer behavior. Develop and maintain models for member and population level outcomes analysis. Use business intelligence and domain expertise to project claims, discounts, risk scores, membership, admin, and rebates. Develop, manage and maintain department infrastructure.Develop a library of metrics, tools, methods, reports, results and recommendations.Participate in an integrated fashion with other areas of the Actuarial department.
