Responsibilities: Provide expertise or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims. Authorize the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review. Conduct data entry and re-work; analyze and identify trends and provides reports as necessary. Manage and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors. Required Skills: Qualifications 5 + years experience in Management of 20+ employees is required. Intermediate level knowledge of MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required. Bachelors degree is required. 3 + years of Healthcare experience is required. Customer Service or Claims processing experience is preferred. MS/Access is a plus. UNET experience is preferred.
