Responsibilities: Ensures performance agreement standards are reviewed and achieved. Facilitates claim escalation issues to resolution in partnership with Director. Works effectively with Operations Consultants to identify service issues and provide solutions to customers. Manages to budget. Supports the Director in developing business plans for the unit/or department. Identifies and implements ongoing productivity & quality enhancements in a fast-paced environment. Continuous assessment of established work processes to identify areas for efficiency improvements. Due to space limitations, some of the job responsibilities have been removed.
