Responsibilities: Directs accountability for providing accurate, timely, and effective claims services to assigned customers. Provides support/back-up to Director for the sales and renewal process by actively participating in customer meetings and enhancing service delivery as appropriate. Maintains client specific workflow and claims administration requirements. Ensures performance agreement standards are reviewed and achieved. Facilitates claim escalation issues to resolution in partnership with Director. Works effectively with Operations Consultants to identify service issues and provide solutions to customers. Manages to budget.
