Responsibilities: Authorize the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review. Conduct data entry and re-work; analyze and identify trends and provides reports as necessary. Manage and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors. Qualifications Qualifications 5 + years experience in Management of 20+ employees is required. Intermediate level knowledge of MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required. Bachelor's degree is required. 3 + years of Healthcare experience is required. Customer Service or Claims processing experience is preferred. MS/Access is a plus. UNET experience is preferred.
