Responsibilities: Design College Bound program across three clubhouses, including program goals, activities, schedules and job description of Site Director. Lead the design of College Bound Teen Center (Redwood City). Manage College Bound directors at each clubhouse in partnership with Unit Directors. Develop curriculum and content for College Bound (e.g., workshops, case management materials, etc.). Build and maintain collaborative relationships with local high schools. Work with clubhouse directors to deliver programs. Coordinate with CNG for a good transition for members entering high school. Assist with Development Department (e.g., tours, writing grants, grant reporting). Develop marketing materials and action plans to recruit members. Develop and maintain Scorecard showing number of members who are on track on a monthly basis. Design and implement a training program for College Bound staff. Coordinate expectations of College Bound directors with Unit Directors and help ensure the College Bound program is integrated with the other Teen Programs and the clubhouse as a whole. Requirements: Four year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. Clear background check and history indicting fitness to work with children required. Masters Degree highly desired. Strong leadership qualities, ability to coordinate, inspire and motivate others. Experience steering youth through the college application process. Experience working with high school counselors who navigate youth through the college application process.
