Job Description:
Complete, update and maintain Training documentation on all employees. Maintain and update Training Matrix and Forklift Certification Matrix. Develop and administer annual training goals. Develop training programs to meet company-training objectives. Conduct New Hire orientation -train all new employees on TNT policies, processes and procedures as applicable to them. Provides effective training to employees in proper material handling and work methods. Provides clear concise written and verbal communication to all personnel. Set objectives and manage staff of Group Leaders. Conduct Retraining when necessary after the occurrence of accidents or errors. Conduct yearly re-training as required. Performs all other duties as assigned by the HR Manager. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent Training experience. 2 to 5 years' supervisory experience.
