Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience training in a call center environment, possess excellent classroom instructor and facilitation skills and have a solid customer service demeanor.JOB DESCRIPTION Achieve quality goals by developing, implementing and conducting Customer Service training, management team training, and customer relations trainingSupport quality goals by monitoring and coaching employees, and providing skills/knowledge trainingCreate a positive and productive learning environmentInitiate suggestions to continually improve customer / client satisfaction, morale and productivityDocument performance of trainees and evaluate employees prior to releasing to Line ManagementDesign training material and implement new or changing procedures, policies or plansAssist in supervision of the call center when needed
