Job Description:
Responsible for the design and delivery of training curricula for the internal Managed Markets teams. Training delivered includes both classroom-based and field-based experiences. This position may assist with the design and delivery of managed care training programs for home office personnel and special projects as assigned by the Director, Continuing Education and Management Development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience required. 6-8 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 4 years US pharmaceutical sales and/or training experience or other relevant experience. Minimum 3 years managed markets sales, managed markets marketing or managed markets training experience preferred. District Manager experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budget and resources. History of successful performance.
