Job Description: The Training Supervisor is responsible for managing the training efforts within the Contact Center in order to support the attainment of Call Center goals through Corporatestrategiesby providing effective training and development to new and existing Employees. TheTrainingSupervisor manages a team ofup to 10trainers who jointly areresponsible for the quality, consistency, and alignment of all training initiatives This position works closely with the Center Staff, other Harland Clarke Centers, and Customer Sales & Service Staff, as well as field sales and other processes to ensure that appropriate training and developmentare delivered. The Training Supervisor is responsible for the following: Supervise day-to-day activities of the Training Team within the Center.Support Call Coaching Program by working closely with the Supervisors, Quality Coaches, and Quality Assessment team in monitoring and analyzing trends identified through call coaching program.Monitor and evaluate the training needs for Centeremployees based on performance trends and gaps, Center and Company goals, Client/Customer requirements, new products and services, and competitive environment factors.
