Job Description: Lead the strategic vision of Pierce's field training, specifically for all client business and programming. The Field Training Director participates in continuous field employee improvement through strategic planning and implementation of our client initiatives and to ensure The Operations Mission: Deliver a consistent consumer message to directly or indirectly generate product sales and do so with consistent execution excellence Essential Functions (Key Results Areas): Manage assigned staff performance by providing clear expectations and goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, and evaluating staff performance as it relates to the efficacy of our training curriculum. Conduct ongoing needs assessment to address Pierce's immediate and long term training needs for all Pierce field staff including promotional, retail sales & commissioned employees. Create or partner with 3 rd party vendors to develop training delivery systems that support both classroom and online trainings in order to ensure consistency and improve overall field performance. Develop immediate and long term strategies in training and field talent development across a diverse skill set of field employees, from Demonstrators to Managers. Create a dynamic training program which is customized to meet each program's needs but with a consistent Pierce values, mission statement and policies. Coordinate and provide initial and ongoing training to increase staff knowledge, skills, and abilities for assigned events. Drive training innovation through research and implementation of dynamic, engaging employee training and development tools. Define and redefine the Pierce field employee experience in order to promote continuous learning and improve performance in the field. Evaluate the field employee experience and training effectiveness throughout the lifecycle of the employee and make the necessary changes for improvement
