Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the OBPM community needs around scorecard consulting, alignment and creation. Will serve as an expert on scorecard content and potential linkages across the enterprise, and will assist in building and supporting the framework and practice around structured, repeatable business reviews. This position exists to assist the organization in making strategic decisions by analyzing, manipulating, internally managing and aligning online scorecards and tracking key indicators of success. Also responsible for building the training agenda and conducting software training sessions for various audiences of the online tool throughout MSSA. Contributes to problem solving, and process design and analysis. In addition, this position will maintain close working relationships with all vendors and regional contacts of various levels. Responsiblities: PM / Implementation Support: Manage multiple large and small MSSA balanced scorecard implementations according to standard practices. Responsible for software and consulting support during implementation process. Assist with and recommend online scorecard configurations based on workflow and business needs. PM / Implementation Support: Develop detailed project plans, project schedules, work breakdown structures, and other tracking documents and ensure that they are accurately maintained over the duration of the project
