Job Description:
The group acts as an internal consultant, partnering with Global Investments senior management to deliver on the business objectives for the year. Initiatives are led by Project Managers and Project Analysts with the expectation that the group is involved from project definition through to full project delivery and implementation. Role Outline Project Managers are responsible for the end-to-end execution of moderately to highly complex initiatives within PB and PCS. Specifically this role will include training the PB and PCS front office Investors on new tools and technology, and developing a comprehensive training plan across all workstreams. The training agenda will focus on delivering training on releases planned for 2007, developing role-specific training, and creating and maintaining pertinent documentation. Training for existing resources will focus primarily on product upgrades, as driven by recent releases.
