Job Description:
Designs, develops and delivers communications to promote the Five Star program and inform users about the system, its functionality, any open issues, system direction and best practices. Analyzes stakeholder needs and implements strategic communications that support and promote Five Star. Gathers requirements and recommends solutions for complex communications programs, both internal and external to the organization. Develops and delivers successful communication messages, materials, tools and systems to address audience needs and manage expectations regarding Five Star and its impacts. Builds business relationships and is committed to promoting an understanding of communications best practices. Designs, develops, and updates training materials to appropriately describe Five Star functionality and its use. Work with Five Star staff, subject matter experts and others to determine changes to user systems and training needs. Develop training plan and deliver training using appropriate combination of classroom, online and individual user training. Monitor training of end users to ensure that training is effective and that end users can do their jobs - effectively and efficiently.
