Job Description: Position Summary: The Director of Training Design and Development is responsible for both setting the vision and creating and designing learning development strategies and training solutions for The Cheesecake Factory, Incorporated. This position will support the Performance Development Department's goals, designing and developing innovative training solutions. This leadership role has two main focal areas: first, hands-on creation of content, while also leading a team of professionals in developing and delivering training; and second, supporting our corporate initiatives centered on enhancing our guest experience.
