ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: · Complete, update and maintain Training documentation on all employees. · Maintain and update Training Matrix and Forklift Certification Matrix. · Develop and administer annual training goals. · Develop training programs to meet company-training objectives. · Conduct New Hire orientation -train all new employees on TNT policies, processes and procedures as applicable to them. · Provides effective training to employees in proper material handling and work methods. · Provides clear concise written and verbal communication to all personnel. · Set objectives and manage staff of Group Leaders. · Conduct Retraining when necessary after the occurrence of accidents or errors. · Conduct yearly re-training as required.
