Will Do: Support and assist the Store Team Leader in all areas of store operations Set and achieve the highest standards in retail execution Drive great customer service throughout the store Hire, train and develop Team Leaders and Associate Team Leaders Help with overall store merchandising plans Help maintain strong store morale Be active in the community Assist the Store Team Leader to meet or exceed financial targets Support and sustain store, Regional and National/Global policies and programs Support and/or transfer to metro area stores as needed Complete special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned About Us At Whole Foods Market, we empower our Team Members to make their own decisions, thus creating an environment where people are treated with respect and are highly motivated to excel.
