Job Description:
Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing client relations and daily operations of staffing program.2. Managing and coaching service team.3. Oversee, as well as perform, the interviewing, hiring, screening and placement of temporary employees. Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future placement. 4. Maintain high level of visibility at the client location and with community resources.5. On-going quality assessment of processes, procedures and performance.6. Coordinate time-keeping and payroll process of temporary employees for reporting to corporate payroll department. 7. Fill and service client orders and communicate information on open positions to appropriate departments and management.8. Ensure that all paperwork conforms to company policies as it pertains to Doherty compliance practices. 9. Conduct orientations and provide check-in support for new temporary employees as needed. 10. Conduct performance evaluations for temporary staff and coach and discipline as needed. 11. Complete injury reports, conduct accident investigations and communicate appropriately with Safety department. 12. Maintain online procedures manual.13. Maximize use of available technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results. 14. Attend periodic training sessions to maintain and develop skills. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
