A key responsibility will be partnering with management to develop recruiting strategies that will meet the current and long term hiring needs of the company. In this role you will manage the requisition approval process, maintain and report out on current openings and hiring metrics and ensure that Aptina is hiring the best talent. It is expected that in addition to the leadership responsibilities that the Recruitment Manager will also carry a requisition load, manage all staffing vendors and host candidates as needed. Qualifications Successful candidates for this position will have: Seven to Ten years of overall corporate recruiting experience with 3-5 years in a recruiting manager role. Strong understanding of recruiting processes and systems. Experience managing outside vendors and contracts. Experience leading staffing organizations and managing staffing personnel. Strong technical recruiting background. Excellent communication skills and ability to development strong working relationships with company leadership.
