RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop recruitment materials and programs to attract the bilingual candidate to Rent-A-Center at all levels of the organization Identify and develop applicant sources to ensure a pipeline of qualified bilingual applicants Interview and select candidates for a variety of positions Coach and train Hiring Managers in interview and selection procedures Identify locations with specific bilingual talent needs Additional duties as assigned Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related field, five or more years of directly related work experience, or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training Successful record of penetrating the bilingual community and recruiting well-qualified bilingual employees that contributed to the overall company performance and growth Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems General management skills should include Leadership, Decision Making, Analysis, Problem Solving and Project Management Strong interviewing and selection skills Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills The ability to develop positive and sustainable working relationships through out the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively deal with management, coworkers, candidates and outside contacts
